Team Assistant
We are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Team Assistant to join a Procurement and Commercial team.

As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the achievement of strategic goals by building value-adding supply chains and maintaining sustainable commercial relationships.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative and support tasks, coordinating actions and tasks, managing documentation, and assisting in the management of workstreams and initiatives.


  • Location: London (hybridremote)
  • Salary range: £23,400£29,250 plus 10% flex
  • Permanent, fulltime

Responsibilities:


  • Perform a wide range of administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth team activities and project operations.
  • Produce, update, and provide support on various Microsoft documents, databases, and department systems.
  • Coordinate the completion of actions and tasks within the team.
  • Assist in the management of workstreams and initiatives across Procurement and Supply Chain.
  • Maintain an electronic documentation system, ensuring it is uptodate and organised.
  • File documents and keep the documentation system properly maintained.
  • Undertake general daytoday duties, including specialist tasks, documentation maintenance, and financial information management.
  • Collate information and prepare reports to support team activities.
  • Provide minutetaking support for seniorlevel meetings.
  • Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles in all work activities.

Skills:


  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with experience in project management and administrative support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with seniorlevel stakeholders and internal staff.
  • Proficient in presentation and report writing.

Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or technical support role, preferably in a PA/Team Administrative support environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new office software systems (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with internal document management systems, such as EB, SAP, and SharePoint, or the ability to learn and utilise these systems effectively.
  • Knowledge of policies and systems, or the ability to undergo training in these areas.

Experience:


  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in managing mini projects from initiation to completion.
