Behaviour Mentor/Secondary Teaching Assistant


Location:
Greenford Secondary School

  • Are you passionate about education and making a positive impact on the lives of young individuals? _We are seeking a dedicated and Behaviour Mentor to join our vibrant team at Greenford Secondary School.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support classroom teachers in delivering highquality education to students aged 121
  • Assist with behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide oneonone or small group support to students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational plans and activities.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field (desirable)

  • Proven experience working with secondary school students aged 121
  • Strong behavior management skills and the ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to the academic and personal development of students.

Salary:
£82.00-£100.00 per day
