We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living service in Shirley _(Solihull, B90)_

You'll go home every single day knowing that you've helped make a difference in someone's life, enabling and empowering vulnerable people toward achieving more and more independence and integration into their local communities.

You will support our Service Users in all aspects of daily living, this could include various domestic tasks, meal preparation, budgeting, engaging in activities and accompanying individuals at leisure activities or other outings into the community.

At Select Lifestyles Limited no two days are ever the same as all our support plans are tailored specifically to each individual and delivered in a completely person-centred way.

As one of our Support Workers, day-to-day responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

Following the individualised support plans, which work towards achieving each person's unique goals and aspirations.
Provide innovative and personcentred care for the people we support either on a 121 or 212 basis.
Embracing and fulfilling our company value to give every single Service User the support to live life to the full and as independently as possible.
Keep accurate and detailed records of Daily Notes, Risk Assessments, Medication Administration Records and Accident and Incidents Reports.
Liaise with Professionals, Service User's Families, our inhouse Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, Learning Disability Nurse and other Agencies when required.
Support with personal care like washing and using the toilet.

Our Service Users may be people living with Challenging Behaviours, Adults living with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism and Complex Health Needs such as Epilepsy and Acquired Brain Injuries.

37.5 _(162.5 per month)_ =
15 _(12hour)_ shifts per month

33 _(143 per month)_ =
13 _(12hour)_ shifts per month

22 _(95.33 per month)_
9 _(12hour)_ shifts per month
