The Role:

TSR Legal have a new and exciting opportunity at a leading legal practice in Cardiff.


The role of legal receptionist is an integral part of the business and this is often the first point of contact to both internal and external clients.

Maintaining a professional and friendly manner is essential as this role involves dealing with people atall levels.


Duties include:


  • Providing full reception duties
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with legal departments
  • Administration support to other departments as required
  • Dealing with post and DX
  • Filing, support and photocopying
  • Any other ad hoc duties

Skills Required:


  • Excellent customer service skills, providing reception duties
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Organised and logical approach
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Interpersonal skills with customer service orientation
  • Team player
  • Good IT skills, MS (Training on internal systems will be provided)
