In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and performance of our operations.

You will work closely with a talented and dynamic team to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize business processes through data-driven insights.

Key job responsibilities

  • Leading complex data analysis projects to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform decision making
  • Developing and implementing solutions to optimize business performance
  • Creating data visualizations to communicate findings and monitor performance
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to senior management through presentations and reports
  • Mentoring and guiding junior team members in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
  • Assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, economics, statistics)
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and make insights from large amounts of data
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a nontechnical audience
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in a related field such as business analytics, economics, or statistics
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including working in Scrum or Kanban teams
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean
