We are recruiting for a very capable and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our client based in St Albans


You will be working alongside a friendly, hardworking and professional team, responsible for providing administrative and client support to a senior-level team member.


  • The option for flexible/home working is available with this role. _

What's in it for you?:

Salary:£28k-£35k, depending on experience

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities:


  • Managing and maintaining their diary, booking all meetings and accepting / declining diary requests
  • Providing information and data as requested, including analysis where required
  • Managing and maintaining their workflow
  • Act as point of contact for executives / clients / other parties
  • Make travel arrangements as and when required
  • Coordinating and contributing to internal client team meetings
  • Building / maintaining effective relationships with clients and other key contacts
  • Format information and documentation for internal and external communication
  • Screen and direct phone calls, internal and external
  • Adhere to office administration filing protocols
  • Preparing minutes templates
  • Organising meetings (dates, venues, invites) and coordinate attendance
  • Drafting agendas, producing template
  • Maintaining various logs and registers (conflicts, gifts, training, matters arising etc)

What the employer is looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar administration role, with some PA/EA experience from a corporate and professional environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Effective relationship building
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • Confident MS Office knowledge
  • Meeting agreed timescales with flexibility
