About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Designer to join The Nottingham's Creative Studio on a 12-month fixed term contract.


We are looking for a balance of technical design skills/knowledge and creative thinking, along with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills to support our customer-and data-driven marketing campaigns.


Here's a taste of what you'll be doing -

  • Design and create traditional and digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (branch, social, display advertising, websites, mobile apps, etc)
  • Create, update and repurpose existing assets and artwork across multiple sizes and formats as well as making text and imagery amends
  • Take work through from approved concept to print ready/finished artwork often across multiple elements
  • Maintain brand assets and values aligning all work to brand guidelines
  • Prioritise workload in line with agreed schedule of work and requirements provided/briefed by line manager; providing productivity reporting on digital jobs delivered
  • Manage all administrative tasks associated with the role including ensuring all digital assets are catalogued and archived centrally in a sensible, methodical manner

What we're looking for -

  • Good understanding of, and experience working within, brand and corporate guidelines
  • Experience in creating digital and print assets across multiple channels
  • Good knowledge and skill within Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Animate would be very advantageous
  • Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial.
