Duties and responsibilities:


  • To take initiatives in the planning of research
  • To work in close collaboration with inhouse and extramural researchers
  • To identify and develop suitable techniques for data analysis, integration and visualisation
  • To ensure the validity and reliability of data
  • To maintain accurate and complete records of all findings
  • To write reports for submission to research sponsors

Essential requirements:


  • A PhD in computational biology or another quantitative discipline
  • Experience in statistical analysis and interpretation of largescale genomic data
  • A track record of research in regulatory genomics or statistical genetics
  • Experience in collaborating closely with wetlab researchers and/or handson experience of wetlab work
  • Excellent programming skills in Python/R

This position is full-time and fixed-term for two years.
