As the Delivery Coordinator, the focus of this position is the scheduling and resource coordination, and providing support for the Project Specialist teams' projects and processes.

It includes day-to-day workshop logistics, championing workshop-related processes,and report generation.

Description

Key responsibilities for a delivery coordinator include, but aren't limited to:

Projects

  • Creation of project items in our internal system, including adding and approving contractor expenses (create the project information and progress to release of client invoice).
  • Scheduling and resourcing (delivery, feedback, role plays, coaching, producers, etc.) including cancellations and rescheduling.
  • Scheduling of preparation calls with facilitator.
  • Management of master calendars (project, virtual classroom, etc.).
  • Management all local workshop logistics including ordering materials, coordination with client coordinator, invitations to virtual classrooms, etc.

Processes

  • Updating client schedule trackers.
  • Ensuring timely handling/submission of all postworkshop activities (evaluations, certification list, expenses, shipping boxes to clients etc.).
  • Assessment Centre support.
  • Working on various team projects as requested.

Profile

A successful delivery coordinator will possess skills in:
**Ability to speak/understand French or German
- preferable but not essential**
Technical Competencies

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities.
  • IT literate: Microsoft Office Suite. (Training will be provided for bespoke platforms).
  • High customer service skills/orientation.
  • Strong planning/organisation skills.
  • English proficiency required.

Personal / Interpersonal Competencies

  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently.
  • High initiative levels and attention to detail.
  • Creative, practical and handson approach.
  • Tenacity, persistence and flexibility.
