Location:
Coventry (Transport available to a variety of events all across the UK)


Salary:
£12 per hour

We specialise in car parking, traffic management and stewarding.

We have our very own in-house built ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) system to make ingress and egress as swift as possible.

We work and have worked at some of the largest events in the world including Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012, Premiership Football, Premiership Rugby, Championship Football, Music Festivals, Concerts and many more


The Role.


We are currently recruiting for Traffic Management/ Operations Assistant to work within our Coventry team around the country on a frequent basis.

This will include weekday, evening and weekend work to meet our clients needs. A clean valid UK driving license with 2 years driving experience is preferred for this role.

Having traffic management experience such as deploying signage, road closures and cones is preferred but not a necessity as you will have the opportunity to learn on the job.


Duties.

  • Handson operational role to deliver all aspects of events
  • To work closely with the the operations manager to ensure that events are delivered to the expected standards
  • To assist in the running of events and to ensure that customer requirements are met and standards are adhered to
  • To supervise the performance and wellbeing of other members of staff whilst on duty
  • To assist in the deployment and collection of the signage and equipment for events
  • To hold/attend briefing meetings prior to events taking place, to have a clear understanding of the customer's requirements, and to ensure standards are met
  • To attend debrief meetings post events
  • To maintain good working relationships with all departments and contracts through good communication
  • To take responsibility for their own, and other's health and safety whilst working at Event Support Team ad to report any risks or hazards if identified
