Acorn Recruitment is currently seeking a full-time/part-time Corporate Lawyer, with 3-4 years PQE for their client, a quality law firm based in the heart of London.

This company offers a working environment which encourages innovation, development, and longevity, and they have a long, successful history of employing the highest calibre of staff.

The role will focus on entrepreneurial clients and will include but not be limited to:

  • Being responsible for a myriad of transactions ranging from £1 million to £30 million deals and dealing with all aspects of the SPA
  • Drafting corporate documentation for matters such as MBOs, demergers and reorganisations
- investment and Shareholder agreements

  • Drafting customised articles of association
  • Responding to company lawbased queries on a range of matters
  • Commercial aspects of share and asset sale agreements including warranties and indemnities
  • Supervising junior members of the team
You will be commercially minded and also have excellent well developed client care skills and the ability to provide cost effective advice
