Overview
User Researcher - Up to £50,000 - United Kingdom

As a User Researcher (UR) you will be part of a User Experience team, working with Content Designers, User Experience Designers, and the rest of the wider team.

You will be responsible for leading and conducting user and business research activities to understandbusiness requirements, user behaviour, uncover user needs and evaluate designs or existing services as well as advocating research-based product development

Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Researching leading and conducting user and business research activities to understand business requirements, user behaviour and uncover user needs
Evaluating reviewing designs or existing services
Advocating ensuring researchbased product development is evangelised throughout our team
Presenting sharing your findings with the wider team in an engaging and collaborative way
Recommending suggesting how research can be integrated through the development lifecycle and making recommendations on research strategies which follow best practices
Collaborating working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that userdriven design and development is conducted throughout

Work Experience:

Are a passionate, committed user researcher with a proven track record, preferably working within local or central government, or financial sectors
Have experience working as part of a wider UX team and within a multidisciplinary squad
Have experience working with agile methodologies and within an agile team
Have a strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative
