About The Role:


  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding and implementation
  • Act as a project manager to ensure timelines are met
  • Have the flexibility to execute different types of service offerings depending on which package the client has (PS, Onboarding, Managed Services)
  • Build, own, and execute client success and implementation plans
  • Spearhead internal crossfunctional improvement projects

Your Experience & Skills:


  • 35 years experience in a Professional Service / Implementation / Customer Success positions
  • Strong customerfacing and presentation skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • BA or BS degree
  • Experience working with Web development frameworks, Javascript, HTML, CSS, and REST API
  • GraphQL **is an advantage
