Working from a fun, buzzy office by Liverpool Street Station a great opportunity has arisen to work for an online estate agent that is currently changing the way people sell homes.

The business is expanding and requires a sales administrator to join the team. This is a full time position based in the office, Monday-Friday.

The role is ideal for someone who is looking to work for a fast growing, progressive company with big ambitions andplenty of room for future progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting all documents and writing descriptions of properties brought to the market
  • Interacting with clients on the telephone to ensure a speedy onboarding process for them
  • Ensuring all required business documentation is received from prospective clientele and correctly filed
  • Booking photos/floorplan appointments chasing photography company for updates
  • Discuss and handle any contract or servicerelated enquiries
  • Using the company systems to build client and property profiles
  • Working towards monthly targets
Office-day-to-day

  • Ensuring that the quality of the live property listings remains consistent through good quality photos and property descriptions
  • Maintain relationships and be the point of contact for our supply chain and business support network
  • Develop new ideas to build in more efficiencies to the daytoday office processes in relation to the management of the Onboarding process and current client relationships
  • Support new members of staff to familiarise themselves with the business processes
  • Report to their Line Manager weekly with detailed updates to the Onboarding process and office systems
  • Extremely organised

  • Strong rapportbuilding skills
  • Strong Objection handling and can manage phone calls and conversations
  • Used to dealing with high volumes of calls and transactions
  • Strong telephone manner and comfortable using phones as prime mode of communication
  • Someone who is striving to improve themselves and progress within an expanding business
  • MS Office proficient, mainly Outlook
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly
