Red is excited to be recruiting Customer Service Administrators to join a company who are the 3rd largest reseller of fuel cards and the first to offer an electric vehicle solution.

Salary: £23,500 per annum

- Friday, hours between 8am 5.30pm
Contract:Permanent

- Hybrid working options available after the probation period

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Resolving customer queries by determining the cause of the issue and providing the best solution
- Monitoring and managing existing customer accounts utilising system reports
- Maximising every opportunity to generate added value for the business
- Ensuring all contact is of the highest standard
- Building and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships
Key Skills and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:
- Strong customer service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to be flexible and able to adapt to changes in the working environment
- Good telephone manner with the ability to remain calm when under pressure is necessary
