Real Estate Solicitor Commercial Property London Legal 500 West End Firm 2-4 PQE 9:30am - 5:30pm An established Legal 500 West End firm are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join their 20 strong property team.

The team deals with some high-qualitywork for HNW clients, and assist developers and investors in the residential, retail, leisure, industrial and office sectors with all aspects of the property life-cycle, from acquisition and funding through to development, asset management and disposal.

Theteam also has particular expertise in property finance and acting for retail and leisure operators.

The role will see you involved in but not exclusive to:

- landlord & tenant work,
- negotiation of new leases,
- assignments,
- renewals,
- alterations, andvariations,
- acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
