TRAINEE LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR -GUILDFORD - UP TO £18,000 BASIC, UP TO £25,000 OTE DOE

Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in Guildford, who are looking for a
Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Answering telephone calls
Arranging appointments
Taking clear messages
Registering new applicants
Entering viewing onto the system
Some administration
Delivering leaflets
Booking valuations
Conducting viewings

Skills and experience required:

Great communication skills & attention to detail
Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
Be used to delivering a high standard of customer service, at all times
Be able to work on your own initiative and be proactive
Have strong IT skills
Be able to prioritise workload
Experience in administration

You Must:

Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company.
Hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car
