FINANCE /ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR
3 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Based in Cranleigh, Surrey
Due to rural location, you must be a car driver
This will be a full-time office based role
Mon - Fri hrs a week - flexible working hours
Our client based in Cranleigh is looking to recruit for an experienced Finance/Accounts Administrator.
JOB PURPOSE:
Working as Accounts Administrator you will be responsible for the daily billing of our live customers alongside managing the Billing Mailbox dealing with customer renewals and contract changes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Raising customer invoices on Xero.
- Actioning Customer Renewals and contract changes.
- Management of customer overdue invoices (chasing for late payments)
- Looking after our Direct Debit platform ensuring the necessary links are made
- Assist with any billing queries received to the Billing Inbox
- Assist with inputting/ coding supplier invoices where needed
- Data inputting using various spreadsheets & company CRM.
- Ad hoc tasks/ projects where required.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Accounts Experience
- Knowledge of Xero preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Good Telephone and written communication required
- Fast thinking and comfortable with multitasking
