Venn Group are supporting an established Financial Services fir m in search of a Data Lead which will play a crucial role in the Business.

The experienced individual will leverage their knowledge and experience to drive the delivery of the Data Strategyacross all aspects of the data lifecycle and services.


This role is developed into a brand new team to the business, to champion Transaction Data Governance Framework and to enhance data governance practices.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent Capital Markets business and product knowledge
  • Good understanding of end to end Capital Markets Trade Lifecycle
  • Effective relationship management skills, including with Data Owners, Data Stewards and other data stakeholders in front office desks
  • Experience in setting up new data programme and developing new data delivery reporting and benefits tracking
