We are a well-established family run local business specialising in Groundworks, Utilities, Construction, Exterior Design and Landscaping based in Cornwall.

As part of a growing company, there are opportunities to develop your skills within the business and progress further in the company.

A position has become available for a semi-skilled labourer to join the Utilities & Civil Engineering department working in a dynamic environment.

We require someone with a good attitude and a strong work ethic with the ability to work well in a team environment.

Applicants must be able to work to a project timescale and be presentable in appearance as they are required to work with clients.

Essential Requirements:

Full clean driving licence

Desirable Requirements:

CSCS card and any qualifications/certifications relating to the position.

The successful applicant will benefit from the company's ongoing training programme and will gain recognised qualifications. Your knowledge will continue to grow under the guidance of our experienced team leaders.

Our semi-skilled labourer should:

Have proven previous experience in Groundworks, Utilities, Construction and Hard/Soft Landscaping;
Be Highly motivated, honest and reliable;
Be capable of working as part of a team or unsupervised.
Be able to maintain allocated plant machinery e.g. basic hand tools and power tools;
Have the ability to work outdoors at all times of the year in a variety of weather conditions;
