Customer Service Co-ordinator_


Are you looking for a rewarding position in customer service? In this key role you will provide flexible customer service support working in a busy office, responding to a wide range of customer enquiries on virtually all services provided by CPC.


We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact, you will be responsible for helping develop and expand Complete Pool Controls Ltd.

If you take pride in the quality of service you provide with the ability to work to tight deadlines and can communicate well we would love to hear from you


Key skills and experience

  • IT awareness
  • Outlook, windows and Excel
  • A strong communicator with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly to all ages and personalities
  • A collaborative team player
  • High degree of professional integrity
  • Patient critical during peak season

Role

  • Customer advice (training will be given)
  • Data input of prices
  • Scheduled customer support calls

Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
