Helpdesk Team Leader role on site, strong customer service skills required
Open to background could be a service engineer wanting a days based role or have established experience on a Helpdesk
Up to £35k, 25 holidays + bank holidays, investment in training, daysbased role

The Role

Situated at their site near Warrington, you will day to day be on the Helpdesk responding to various levels of customer issues in relation to automated electro-mechanical machinery.

You should have a strong grasp of IT/Software and ideally be able to log onto Windows and Linux systems remotely.

What they are looking for:

Ideally have a qualification in IT or Engineering, or proven experience in relevant field
4 years+ of Linux experience and setting up networks
Must have an excellent attitude and willingness to learn
Ideally Tier 2 level in IT troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
As it is a smaller company that is looking to grow, this will be suited to someone happy to be in a broadbased role and keen to learn
Due to growth, there will be avenues to progress moving forwards for those that have aspirations for progression

What you will get in return

You will receive a generous stating salary of up to £35k for a days-based role plus 25 days holidays plus bank holidays, 5%+3% pension contribution scheme.
