Description
We are looking for a Band 4 Assistant Practitioner, full time or part time (minimum 30 hours). This is a countywide role, based at either the Princess of Wales Hospital, Bromsgrove, or Evesham Community Hospital.

You will assess and treat adult neurological patients at home and in out-patients, providing 1:1 input and group work to enable patients to achieve maximum independence and optimal symptom management.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with Physios, OTs and a speech and language therapist, supported by Rehab Assistants.

You will have regular supervision and training and all work undertaken will be within a clearly defined scope of practice.
