Labour 24/7 are an employment business acting on behalf of our Oldham based client who due to increased sales growth are recruiting for experienced production operatives to join their growing team.

Starting wage £10.42 per hour increasing to £12.00 per hour when permanent

Our client supplies waste management services for the printing industry.

Production operatives will be required to carry out the below duties.

Cleaning ink toners ready for recycling.

Clearing toner dust from cartridges.

Putting cartridges in to a granulator to be shredded.

Using Dump station machine to clean the toners.

Use drills to puncture holes in the cartridges for cleaning

Open the cartridge and tap out the excess powder.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a dusty work environment. You will be given masks to wear when cleaning the products. Extraction systems in place to assist with the dust too.

Hours of work are Monday-Friday 8.30am-4pm.

This position will lead to permanent when you have completed satisfactory probationary period.
