Digital Ad Operations Executive

GIG (an Advantage Smollan company)

Full time, Permanent

Salary:

£27,500 - £32,500 + Company Bonus + 27 days holiday (+ bank holidays) + Birthday Off


Working:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm


Location:

Hybrid Role - 3 days from home and 2 days in our Leeds Head Office

We are searching for a Digital Ad Operations Executive, to own the delivery of campaigns, including but not limited to quality control, trafficking, troubleshooting, reporting and optimisation; Ensuring effective delivery and reporting of all digital adserved campaigns within our Strategic Brand Partnership (SBP) campaigns.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate scheduling of programmatic and direct ad ops campaigns
  • Coordinate the creative submission process with clients including receiving and checking creative material.
  • Implementing the campaign within Criteo DSP, Adobe CDP and other systems
  • Supply inventory figures to Sales Team upon request
  • Produce screenshots of advertisers' campaigns
  • Monitor campaigns for delivery of impressions and clicks, and any discrepancies that may occur when using tags from third parties
  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure a smooth transition from ad sale to ad launch and completion, including regular campaign update meetings to discuss potential delivery issues or suggesting campaign optimisation to clients
  • Creative swaps and revisions to optimise campaigns that are underperforming
  • Assisting the ad Operations Team with other daily ad hoc duties should it be required

Requirements:


  • Digital Advertisign Operations experience is essential
  • Working knowledge of Criteo and/or Adobe CDP is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience working on/good knowledge of digital campaigns, specifically with trafficking, optimising and reporting.
  • Previous experience in/understanding of creating and managing social media campaigns, both paid and organic, using social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and scheduling platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and aptitude to learn new systems.
  • Experience/understanding of managing multiple competing priorities, duties and projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
