Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to grow with a reputable and well-established company? Do you love helping people and always getting them the best result? Our Towcester based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to do justthat.

You'll be able to use your customer service experience on the day to day, as well as developing your existing skill set in the office.

You'll be proactive and organised, seeking the satisfaction of helping customers with their requests, enquiries and proposals.

Your friendly and confident energy will find space to flourish in this lively environment, both on the phone and in person.

You'll be well supported in your role, with benefits such as:

  • Up to a £23,000 salary.
  • 31 days holiday (including all bank holidays).
  • Finishing 30 minutes early every Friday and free parking (own car would be an advantage).
You'll be part of a close-knit customer support team, as well as developing relationships with engineering and sales departments.
