On behalf of our client, we have an immediate and exciting opportunity for
Team Leaders working in a NON- Food factory in the HU17 Area.

This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing regular work and intended to lead to permanent

The Role:


  • Making sure that the production lines run smoothly and efficiently
  • Ensuring that the company's quality, hygiene and health and safety standards are always met.
  • Liaising with colleagues in planning, technical and supply chain departments
  • Assessing team performance and providing feedback to employees
  • Assisting with daily operation of the organisation

The Person:


  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Good communication skills for liaising with colleagues
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Able to work Morning and Afternoon shift (6am2pm, 2pm10pm)
  • Have own transport.
