  • You will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of communications materials for internal channels newsletters and intranet.


We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Communications Executive to support the delivery of our client's Internal Communications strategy engaging and informing nearly 2000 employees around the UK.

Working closely with the two Communications Managers the Internal Communications Executive will be responsible for creating and delivering a range of communications materials for internal channels newsletters and their intranet.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Creating written content for weekly and biweekly newsletters
  • Creating written content for our intranet including news articles and descriptive copy
  • Supervising production of graphics video and possibly animation "" working with agencies or internal resources
  • Supporting organisation and delivery of virtual and live events
  • Supporting the Operations Communications Manager and the Internal Communications Manager in their daily activities
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather stories and content and get approvals
  • Maintaining the Internal Communications calendar
What Experience You'll Need to Apply?

  • Previous experience of working in internal communications
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Experience of creating (or supervising the creation of) video and graphics
  • Experience of creating and managing content for intranet pages
  • Highly organised with ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Ability to develop relationships at all levels
  • Fully conversant with Word PowerPoint Teams
