Description

The Resuscitation Officer provides a lead key role in the management and leadership of physical health across the partnership, supporting the delivery of the Resuscitation Service.

They will lead the planning and development of training across the partnership based on current guidelines and best practice, This includes working with an external training provider to ensure appropriate resus training is available and provide additional internal simulation program, working as the clinical expert in the field of resuscitation.

Working closely with the Associate Directors of Physical Health, the wider physical health teams, and divisional teams to provide a high level of resuscitation and acute care skills advice and training to all clinically relevant staff at the Trust in accordance with Resuscitation Council UK guidelines.
