Insurance Sales Consultant _to join a successful insurance broker based in _
Poole._

What we are looking for:_
- _Previous experience in the insurance industry _
(desirable)_
- _Strong in _
sales, customer service and hitting KPI and Business Targets_
- _Strong communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Providing high levels of customer service_
- _Rapport building, finding solutions for customers_
- _Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity and commitment_
- _Resilient, self-confident, proactive and forward thinking_
- _Comfortable working in a team environment_

Main duties (but not limited to)_
- _Identifying client's insurance requirements and tailoring a policy to meet their demands and needs_
- _Provide insurance advice to clients_
- _Provide a knowledge-based quotation based on their business_
- _Engaging and managing client expectation liaising between the client and underwriters_
- _Building future relationships with key stakeholders_
- _Work with the Sales Manager on converting the pipeline of quotes and opportunities_
- _Achieve agreed revenue targets_
- _Maintain compliance in accordance with business requirements and FCA regulations_
- _Sales conversions and customer service_
