Customer Success Associate / Account Manager - Healthcare SaaS - up to £35,000 basic + bonus - Gerrards Cross - Office based


An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading healthcare SaaS business who are transforming how healthcare data is used to improve patient outcomes.


As a Customer Success Associate you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients by helping them achieve their goals and derive value from their platform.

You will become a trusted partner and actively listen and effectively address any issues or challenges.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing a portfolio of client accounts within hospital units including intensive care, paediatrics, pain services, cardiology, respiratory, transport, etc
  • Managing contract renewals and subscriptions
  • Leading the onboarding, implementation and training
  • Demonstrating the platform via online meetings

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passion for emerging technologies within healthcare
  • Desire to learn and an interest in personal development

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
