The
Legal Counsel role is a highly commercial position in a fast-paced environment that requires working with the Sales, Dealing, Risk, Credit, Treasury, Compliance, and Finance teams as well as working across our global offices.

The roleis both transactional and advisory.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities include

Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing terms and conditions in respect of FX transactions and payment services and ISDA documentation.
Drafting and negotiating general commercial contracts.
Overseeing any company secretarial workstreams.
General assistance on Legal reporting to Management.
Assisting on data protection issues including compliance with privacy laws and data security
