Optime are excited to be recruiting General Assistants in partnership with Dnata Catering at Winford Bristol This job offers fantastic hours and overtime opportunities.

As a General Assistant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our catering and goods arrive with our airline clients on time, in-line with various scheduling requirements.

What you'll be doing:


  • Working as a General Catering Assistant, you will support the operation in one of four departments:
  • Our Cold Kitchen department prepare and plate in-flight meals to a set menu, for both Economy and First-Class passengers.
  • The Production department is crucial to preparing, handling and packaging food products.
  • In Equipment, employees stock handle and package key items for our airline partners.
  • Wash function, cleans and maintains airline equipment.
  • Always maintain a safe working environment
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Ability to demonstrate our core values

  • Basic Checking skills
