Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

The role:


The
IT CRM Specialist will support a diverse, growing SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) userbase on a global scale, as well as overseeing activities that cross-over with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

The role will be responsible for our SAP C4C systems (Sales and Service) both from an operational stand point (the day to day management of our users, bug fixing, configuration changes, reporting/dashboards, queues management and triaging) and on a strategic project and programme level (supporting the delivery teams, documenting new functionality to support etc.).


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Day-to-day maintenance and configuration of C4C (Sales and Service) to ensure an operational and purposful tool for all business users
  • Full access, organisational and security policy management for users
  • Operate in partnership with the Product Owner, in all project and operational activities, such as supporting requirements definiton, documentation, sprint planning, delivery tracking etc.
  • Contribute to Sprint deliverbles, by undertaking minor developments, configurations, integration setups and data requirements, whilst supporting the supplier partner development teams
  • Track and drive the supplier teams sprint deliverables, ensuring sprint scope is delivered
  • Manage the endtoend release management activities, for Sprint level releases, including driving testing, obtaining sign offs, definiton of release plans, release documentation and validations
  • Support and guide the Supplier team, on all project related activities, both technical and requirements based
  • Manage all reporting and dashboard capabilities, including enhancements of the exsisting setup and configuration/setup of new requirements. This includes troubleshooting and access management
  • Own the management of workflows and templates, enchancing the existing setup and implement new requirements
  • Responsible for all data migration, loading and validity
  • Integrate with the wider Digital Teams, to understand roadmaps, workstreams and all upcoming deliverables that will impact C4C

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working on SAP C4C Sales and Service, across multiple functions (administration, configuration, integration, reporting etc.) and modules
  • SAP C4C certification highly advantageous (SAP Certified Technical, Development or Application
  • SAP Cloud for Customer) but not mandatory, providing demostratable experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with supplier delivery teams, supporting the paltform
  • Ability to work autonomously, with a selfstarter and proactive mindset
  • Experience in an automotive or retail sector is ideal, with startup knowledge advantageous
  • Strong experience of using Azure DevOps for project and operational planning, backlog development and tracking
  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering and definition, supporting sprint planning, analysis, documentation, User Story definiton and backlog management
  • High attention to detail & able to work in fast paced environment where prioritization is key and quick shifts in immediate needs are required
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies, namely Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile) with working experience
  • Release management and planning experience, supporting the delivery streams in the golive preperations, activites and post golive support, including handling configuration, code and transport releases into Production
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with integration and data migration practices would be adventageous

Specific C4C knowledge and skills:


  • C4C buisness configuration scoping, fine tuning, code list mapping


  • C4C user administration

  • Adding users to Azure portal for SSO and assigning SSO
