Job Opportunity - Recruitment Assistant*****Venn Group are currently working on a position with one of our highly regarded healthcare organisations, based in Oxfordshire, to source a Recruitment Assistant for the following assignment:Location:
Oxfordshire (remote working, on-site twice per month)
Contract: 2 months
Hours: 37.5 per week
Rate:
£ Holiday pay (£13.24)
Your duties will include:
- Effectively coordinating recruitment campaign activities such as ensuring ontime delivery of longlisting, shortlisting, interview activities and effective communication throughout with applicants and hiring managers
- Providing information, advice and coaching to hiring managers regarding both medical and general recruitment
- Coordinating campaign activities providing effective communication to hiring managers and applicants
- Following up regarding uncompleted activities to ensure on time delivery of process against recruitment KPIS
- Ensuring that all interview notes and assessment materials are completed and returned to the recruitment department following events and that details are appropriately recorded
- Ensuring that all preemployment checks are carried out to organisation standards
- Auditing contracts completed by other resourcing team members to ensure information is accurate and issued within KPI's.
- Auditing data entry completed by other resourcing team members to ensure that all information pertaining to recruitment events is entered accurately and in a timely fashion onto HR systems and databases
- Ensuring information from shared systems is interpreted & recorded accurately
- Providing information, advice and training for hiring managers regarding the correct use of the recruitment system and their activities regarding their recruitment campaign
- Providing recruitment advice referring to Senior Recruitment professional where appropriate
- Experience of writing reports or policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of current Human Resources recruitment processes
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
