Your initial induction will be 2 weeks, and this will initially require your attendance at the office every day.

This will include relevant training for duties and systems to ensure all our new starters understand their responsibilities and feel supported within the workplace.

As you develop within the role more training will be provided both in person at our office Dakota, Weybridge and remotely over MS Teams.

Remote working

After spending your first two weeks in the office, you'll have the option of carrying out part of the role from home (provided you have a quiet, private space to make and take calls and reliable home broadband).

Currently we do require team members to work from the office for a minimum of one day a week which is allocated on a monthly rota basis.

Should you wish to spend most of your working week at the office, this option also remains open to you.

When working from home, colleagues and management will always be available on MS Teams to answer any questions you may have.
