Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:


  • Customer Service
  • provide an excellent standard of customer service to meet the Society standards and objectives across a range of contact methods including telephone, in branch and written enquiries

Sales - to contribute to the achievement of work based objectives, standards and sales targets as set by the Customer Service Manager and/or Branch Operations & Member Engagement Manager

Promotions - work together with members of the wider team including members of the Sales Team, Customer Service Managers and the Branch Operations & Member Engagement Manager on internal and external promotions of products and services

Counter Duties - accurately process and administer all aspects of customer accounts and deal promptly with correspondence arising out of such administration duties

Community - to work with the branch team to promote the Society within the local community and take part in community initiatives


What we're looking for:


  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Have a passion for customer service
  • Have a positive 'can do' attitude
  • Be prepared to work flexibly across our branches
  • Sales experience desirable


Most importantly we are looking for a positive, driven and adaptable individual that is able to bring people with them on our journey.

We are a people focused organisation and we are looking for someone with great communication and collaboration skills as well as fresh thinking to bring to the team.

Hours:

9:15am - 1:45pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs + Fri

8:45am - 1:45pm on Wednesdays
