Due to company growth, we are now looking for two Maintenance Operatives to join our established team.
Our Maintenance Operatives provide comprehensive maintenance support to Urban Maintenance Group's customer base (lettings agents, BTR schemes & insurance providers).
We are looking for an experienced multi skilled operative with a wealth of knowledge and experience of maintaining residential/hospitality properties.
We are looking for someone who is truly adaptable, as you may be decorating one day and helping with removals the next.
The Operative will work across the following disciplines:
- Plumbing
- Joinery
- Flooring
- Painting and Decorating
- Cleaning
- Removals
The role will require travel across the North West so a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle and basic tools is critical.
Essential Skills, Qualifications and experience:
- Painting and Decorating
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Carpentry/joinery
- Plumbing
- Must have UK driving license and access to own van and basic tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Proactive approach and cando attitude
- Flexible
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
