We are working with a Luxury Furniture business who are looking to launch their FIRST EVER D2C website this spring This is so exciting as you will be working behind the scenes to make sure everything is perfect for launch, and then you'll be running the site day to day to ensure optimal performance.

This role reports directly into the Ecommerce Manager who in turn reports into the COO - so the head room available for a quickly progressing career is very difficult to compete with

You will be in charge of:

  • Day-to-day management of how the business' products are displayed online ensuring all information is correct and up to date
  • Working directly with suppliers to ensure images, product information is up to date and correct.
  • Upload new products, sets and collections to the websites, making sure links, images, descriptions and titles are working and wellpresented, products are displayed online ensuring all information is correct and up to date
  • Constant merchandising of site to ensure optimal trading performance.
  • Utilise customer data to build customer profiles and segment accordingly to target with various campaigns.
  • You will research product categories, key contenders, and appropriate technologies to keep up with market trends
  • Support senior leadership on Ecommerce projects.

The successful applicant will:

  • Have experience working in an online trading/eCommerce environment
  • Have worked in a luxury retail environment, or have furniture experience
  • Have worked with Magento
  • Be analytical in nature, with knowledge of CRO and increasing AOV
  • Be inspired by putting together innovative and creative campaigns to inspire customers and improve user experience, journey and key Ecommerce metrics.
  • Have a positive, cando attitude and a passion for eCommerce
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to work towards tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics or a similar analytics tool
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and operate in a flat structure
  • Be ambitious to build a career and optimise the opportunity to capitalise on the amount of head room in the organisation.
The salary on offer is between £30-35k depending on experience and ability in role, as well as internal benchmarking.
