Scheduler Responsibilities
- Proactively plan and schedule new installations in line with company procedures and provide an excellent level of customer service;
- Liaise with Engineers in the field and build good trusting relationships;
- Support customers with enquiries relating to their technical issues;
- Actively work to minimise the rescheduling of customers appointments;
- Take inbound calls from customers and Engineers needing to discuss the scheduling of their upcoming work;
- Ensure customers are communicated with effectively and kept up to date with any rescheduling changes;
- Efficiently and effectively handle tickets relating to scheduling, and record accurate notes on our bespoke CRM.
- At least 1 years experience within a similar role;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Thrives in a fast paced environment;
- Excellent geographical knowledge;
- Enjoys working to tight deadlines;
- Has a proven track record of working with systems and driving efficiencies.
