We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our Scheduling team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Scheduler Responsibilities

Proactively plan and schedule new installations in line with company procedures and provide an excellent level of customer service;
Liaise with Engineers in the field and build good trusting relationships;
Support customers with enquiries relating to their technical issues;
Actively work to minimise the rescheduling of customers appointments;
Take inbound calls from customers and Engineers needing to discuss the scheduling of their upcoming work;
Ensure customers are communicated with effectively and kept up to date with any rescheduling changes;
Efficiently and effectively handle tickets relating to scheduling, and record accurate notes on our bespoke CRM.
At least 1 years experience within a similar role;
Excellent communication skills;
Thrives in a fast paced environment;
Excellent geographical knowledge;
Enjoys working to tight deadlines;
Has a proven track record of working with systems and driving efficiencies.
