What's involved with this role:


Interim Commercial Officer -Hybrid Working - PSR 1JP
- in office once per week

Contract Length:
Anticipated 11 months Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help.

JOB INFO:
A Commercial Officer - Procurement is needed on a contract basis for approximately 11-12 months. Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help


What you'll do:


  • Working with security and resilience team
  • Managing a number of contracts
  • Dealing with stakeholders
  • Provide commercial advice to the team, bring new ideas to the table, look at the current contracts/ways of working and challenge these to become more streamlined.

Who you are:


  • Background in procurement
  • Stakeholder management
  • Managing the different contracts
  • Previous leadership of a programme or project
  • Defence experience desirable
  • Worked in central government previously desirable
