Shop Assistant Full Time - Shire Mobility Banbury Store
We are looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant to join our Shire Mobility team. The role will be based at our Banbury store and would be for 5 days per week.

We are looking for someone who is customer orientated and keen to learn.

You will find everyday to be different; you could be finding a mobility scooter solution one minute, processing payments the next, taking deliveries in.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Opening and closing the store.
• Delivering a high level of customer service ensuring a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere whilst finding ways to go the extra mile.
• Assess the needs of a customer and offer solutions to their needs.
• Calling customers when necessary ensuring customer concerns are resolved to a satisfactory level. Also making calls to suppliers when necessary.
• Work in a flexible and adaptable way.
• Ideally have experience within the mobility/care industry but not a necessity.
• Can work under pressure.
• Excellent time management, communication and social skills.
• Presentable appearance.
• Computer literate and a problem solver.

Working hours:

• Hours per week: 9am to 5pm (37.5hrs) (half hour lunch)
• Ability to work Saturdays on a rota basis. Whilst we currently do not open on Saturdays this might be reinstated in the future.

Wage:

• Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Salary:
£8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
