The Role
The Property Administrator will assist the Property Management team with the following:

  • First line in taking telephone calls, taking ownership of the issues arising from the calls including deposit and utility queries
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Update the client database with concise and accurate notes
  • Liaise with tenants and property managers to arrange minor repairs with contractors
  • Credit control
  • Tenancy variations
  • Relets and renewals
  • Process requests to terminate tenancies and check tenancy agreements
  • Administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Enjoy working within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enjoy taking ownership of your work
  • Able to cope under pressure and multitask ensuring that workload is prioritised
  • Experience in dealing with complaints and great problemsolving skills
