Description
The HR Dept Wrexham and Chester (in partnership with the HR Dept Shropshire and the HR Dept Mid Wales) enables the owners and managers of small, medium sized and large companies to manage their many and varied Human Resource issuesand we're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior HR Consultant to join our team.
As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in all areas of HR.
This is a position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and supervise a small team.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Conduct thorough HR assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop customised solutions
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with client's business objectives
- Utilise HRIS systems such as Breathe HR to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide insights for decisionmaking
- Oversee the full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in human resources
- Lead on wider business projects
Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Consultant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations (CIPD Level 5 or above)
- Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organiszation
- Ability to present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
Pay:
£28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
