Skirting 4 U are a leading manufacturer and supplier of custom-made skirting boards, architrave and other interior mouldings. All our products are manufactured to order and delivered UK wide.


Skirting 4 U aims to become the UK's primary skirting supplier by making the ordering, production and delivery processes as seamless and hassle free as possible, for a recognizably more convenient, superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • To be an excellent communicator both on and off the phone taking inbound phone calls from customers and assisting with their queries about our products and services.
  • Excellent writing skills is essential in this role, you will be replying to customers using our online chat as well as responding to customer reviews.
  • Answering both general/specific customer questions about the Company's products/services.
  • Processing orders by generating sales quotations, as well as transactions whether that is handling order cancellations or product returns.
  • To be able to diffuse any issues they may arise and ensure effective and successful complaint resolution.
  • Liaising with our drivers and courier for updates on customer deliveries.


We will provide you with a full and comprehensive training plan so that you are properly equipped with all the relevant product knowledge you need to properly assist our customers and strive in the role.

  • Experience of using computer systems is essential.

Office hours, Monday to Friday, with a 30 minute lunch break.

30 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
