This role is more than calling on your broker panel with the latest scheme or product, or to tout for upcoming new business quotes; as Broker Account Manager you'll work with a key panel at strategic level, impacting real growth within the business.

You'll join a thriving network with a strong presence UK-wide, and an outstanding proposition for its members.

Your role will be work with senior stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges, in order to help set and achieve a successful growthstrategy.


As Broker Account Manager you will:

  • Join a business on the up, part of a leading UK Insurance Group that is rapidly expanding.
  • Take responsibility for a key broker panel, working with high performing accounts in a collaborative manner to achieve success.
  • Be armed with a strong proposition in terms of products, services and valueadds; your broker clients will buy into the benefits you bring and welcome your input.
  • Enjoy an autonomous environment; you'll be encouraged to plan your own diary and think for yourself.
  • Be comfortable in a remote role covering Manchester and the North West.
You

  • Whilst knowledge and experience of the insurance market is important, your skills and approach will count for more than the area of the industry its been gained in you may be an Account Executive or Development Manager from broking or the insurer side,as long as you have a commercial approach and are driven to succeed.
  • You'll enjoy the ability to shape and define the role, empowered to think and make decisions for your broker Accounts.
  • You'll enjoy a working for a progressive business, with a forward thinking approach, and one that likes to reward success.
  • A Broker Account Manager, based in or around Manchester and comfortable covering the North West region.
