Independent Financial Planner - Based near Reading - Office Based Role - Up to £60k + bonus & commissions


My client, who I have placed 3 members of staff with are an independent wealth planning practice with offices the M4 corridor who have been operating for over 10 years.

They have an excellent reputation providing the highest levels of financial advice toHNW private clients who are City professionals, retirees, accumulators and families across Kent, Sussex & London.

My client has a highly experienced team of administrators and paraplanners who support the advisers.

I am speaking directly to the Directors.

Business is busier than ever with a growing number of new queries coming into their inboxes through referrals and recommendations and therefore do not need to do any marketing activities.

A large proportion of theadvice they are giving is across Pensions, Investments, Estate Planning & IHT planning. Their highest net worth clients do get involved more complex products and wealth structuring.

As a result of this ongoing success, a brand-new vacancy has been createdby the Directors for a highly experienced Financial Planner who ideally has their Chartered Status or is nearing completion.

You will be working in a pooled environment with full support from highly experience and qualified paraplanners and administrators. You will take ownership of a portion of the firm's longstanding book of clients.

  • Salary up to £60k + bonus and commissions
  • Office based role for first 3 months as least
  • Bonuses up to 30% depending on company performance
