Responsibilities:

As our top closer, you will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with potential customers in face-to-face meetings to understand their needs, address concerns and present our products/services effectively.
  • Leveraging your exceptional sales skills to influence and persuade customers, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our offerings.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, nurturing leads throughout the sales process and providing outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilising your strong business acumen to identify customer concern points and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of success in facetoface sales, consistently exceeding targets and closing highvalue deals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market trends and customer needs, constantly staying ahead of the competition.
  • Previous experience in direct sales is highly desirable.
