If you have an eye for detail plus an ability to problem solve - you could be what we needNorthern Telecom are a growing Leeds based telecoms firm, looking for an office based Technical Support assistant to help us with varied customer needs - from answering calls, problem solving and organising engineer appointments if needed, through to dealing with suppliers to connect services and setting up and dispatching mobile phones and other equipment
You'll be responsible for progressing your own work to a resolution (with the support of the team and our field engineers) - as well as logging your activity on our CRM/ticketing system.
Telephone customer service skills and experience are a must, and you'll need to be well presented, trustworthy and punctual with an engaging, calm and warm manner.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
