Joining our Human Resources team as
HR Assistant on a part time basis (21hrs) for 12 months you will play a key part in supporting our Morpeth site with recruitment and onboarding, training and development and general administration.

Whilst no day within Piramal is the same, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Organising and minute taking in employee relations meetings.
  • Monitoring all sickness absence reporting and providing line managers with policy guidance.
  • Organising all training activities and ensuring all training records are kept and maintained to GMP standards.
  • Carrying out all HR administration process for starters, movers and leavers, ensuring that all appropriate actions and changes are completed with the employee and updated on the relevant records
  • Updating and maintaining our HR Intranet in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing general admin and office duties supporting the Senior HR Business Partners


To be successful in this role, you will be able to showcase your ability to form strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
